Hospice is pleased to announce our Inaugural President’s Community Breakfast on Friday, November 9, 2018 at West Hills Country Club in Middletown, beginning at 7:30 am.

Come enjoy a complimentary breakfast and hear guest speaker David Terwilliger’s personal experience witnessing our Hospice program’s philosophy and mission.

Don’t forget to purchase your Moments of Life raffle ticket for a 6-night stay at the Hyatt Beach House Resort in Key West, Fla. Winner to be drawn at the President’s Community Breakfast on the 9th! You need not be present to win.
