SUMMARY:Forestburgh 5K
DESCRIPTION:The Forestburgh 5K Race/Walk has become a much anticipated event to benefit Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.  This year’s race will take place on Saturday\, August 12\, 2017. The event\, run on a paved and unpaved course\, is certified by the USATF and offers professional timing services.   The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a race t-shirt.   Awards are given in ten brackets from age 10 to 80 & over.  Medals will also be given to the top three overall male and female finishers. \nThis family-friendly event\, at 8:30 AM at Lake Joseph in Forestburgh\, is conducted entirely by community volunteers and has proved to be a bigger success each and every year!  Registration is $18 before the race and $20 on the day of the race.
